Progression [FINAL]

This is by far my most complex piece. It represents my progress thus far in the art world. It is a migration of thoughts and ideas, moving forward into the future. Everything in the piece has a meaning. For example, there is a hand, with his arm out, holding a flower made up of wind, the winds of change. It shows how the hand is such a moving piece and so flowing, like the wind itself. 

Anyhow, I’m more than pleased with how it turned out and I think it’s a fantastic last piece to finish the year off with.

The Grand Ruler: An Art Timelapse

So it isn’t my best work, but I’m still happy with it. I’ll hopefully get better with crosshatching over time. Anyhow, the piece took about an hour and a half to complete (my normal works take 20-40) so it was very rushed. 

I plan on doing a few more. One with acrylics and another with a different technique of shading. Hope you guys enjoy it anyhow.
